Report to Governor and accompanying photographs, 1912-1913.

The report to the governor, which is a photostat, actually includes four separate reports by the State Land Commission. There are also 91 photographic prints of the photographs incorporated in the official reports; these include views of land, private residences, national parks, dams, etc. Subjects covered both in the reports and the photographs are: national forests and the forest service, national parks, school and public lands in Arizona, the Colorado River Indian Tribes, White Mountain Apache Tribe, the San Carlos Apache Tribe, land legislation, water rights, land grants, and land leases.
